Day 1Dehradun - Rishikesh

Pickup from Dehradun Jolly Grant airport.
Drive to Rishikesh. [21 km, 1 hr]
Rishikesh sightseeing.
Visit Triveni Ghat. Watch Ganga Arati in the evening.
Overnight at Rishikesh.

Day 2Explore Rishikesh

Rishikesh sightseeing.
Visit Beatles Ashram and Beatles Cafe, Ram Jhula.
River Rafting (optional).
Overnight at Rishikesh.

Day 3Rishikesh - Kanatal & Kanatal sightseeing

Drive from Rishikesh to Kanatal. [82 km, 2.5 hr]
Sightseeing around Kanatal.
Visit Surkanda Temple (better to visit in the early morning or late afternoon for spectacular views of mountain ranges).
Overnight at Kanatal.

Day 4Explore Kanatal

Sightseeing around Kanatal.
Hike in the Kaudiya Forest. Hike around the local forests.
Optional: Open jeep ride in Dandachali (21 kms) and Batwaldar(10 kms).
Overnight at Kanatal.

Day 5Kanatal - Dhanaulti - Chakrata

Drive from Kanatal to Chakrata. [130 km, 5 hr]
On the way, visit Dhanaulti and Jabarkhet Nature Reserve. Hiking at Jabarkhet.
Visit Kempty Falls and go sightseeing on the way to Chakrata. Visit Raam Taal Horticulture Gardens.
Optional: Pony ride at Dhanolti.
Overnight at Chakrata.

Day 6Explore Chakrata

Visit Kimona Falls, Tiger Falls, Kanasar, and Chilmiri Sunset Point.
