Leave early in the morning for a jeep safari in the Burapahar Range of Kaziranga National Park. Jeep will pick you up from the resort.
Lunch at a local Assamese restaurant.
Post lunch jeep safari in the Western Zone of Kaziranga National Park.
Overnight at a resort/jungle lodge in Kaziranga.

Day 3Kaziranga morning and afternoon jeep safari

The jeep will pick you up from the resort and proceed to the Central Zone of Kaziranga. Morning jeep safari in Central Zone.

Which is the best time to visit Kaziranga?

Nov-Feb: Best time to visit Kaziranga for birds. Both resident and migratory birds are present in large numbers. Mammals are also sighted.
Mar-Apr: The visibility increases after the controlled burning of elephant grasses during March. Good time to spot large mammals.

The park remains closed from 1st week or 2nd week of May because of monsoons. The park reopens in October after the monsoons recede.
